ErthDev is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build our team across engineering, design, marketing, business, and operations.
You'll have a direct role in shaping the people who join the company.
What you'll do
- Source candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Write and publish job posts.
- Search for candidates across relevant platforms and communities.
- Screen candidates against role requirements.
- Conduct initial recruitment conversations.
- Coordinate technical and role-specific interviews.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics and pipeline performance.
- Build relationships with candidates even when there isn't an immediate opening.
- Improve sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Help strengthen ErthDev's employer brand.
Recruitment at ErthDev
