At ErthDev, we build custom software for businesses across different industries. We're looking for a QA Engineer who enjoys finding problems before our clients and users do.
We want someone who can think beyond test cases and ask:
What could go wrong?
What did we assume?
What happens at the edge of the system?
What you'll do
- Understand requirements and identify testable scenarios.
- Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Validate APIs and integrations.
- Test across supported browsers and devices where applicable.
- Identify edge cases and unexpected behavior.
- Reproduce, document, and track defects clearly.
- Collaborate with developers to investigate root causes.
- Participate in requirements and technical discussions early in the development process.
- Verify fixes and prevent regressions.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and standards.
- Help define meaningful quality criteria for releases.
Quality at ErthDev
QA is not a gatekeeper who appears at the end of development.
QA is part of the engineering process.
We use Trunk-Based Development, continuous integration, automated testing, code reviews, and incremental delivery.
We want QA engineers involved early enough to prevent problems-not simply report them after they've been built.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong understanding of software testing principles.
- Experience with functional and exploratory testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical systems and API behavior.
- Good understanding of HTTP and web applications.
- Experience working with API testing tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to write clear and reproducible bug reports.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and product teams.
Experience with Postman, Playwright, Cypress, browser developer tools, SQL, CI/CD, and test automation is a plus.
