ErthDev is looking for a .NET Backend Engineer to build reliable services for clients who need strong typing, maintainable domains, and production-grade backends.
You'll work on APIs, integrations, and business systems where correctness and operability matter.
What you'll do
- Design and implement .NET backend services and APIs.
- Model domains, data access, and application boundaries clearly.
- Work with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Build integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Write tests around critical business behavior.
- Improve performance, reliability, and observability.
- Participate in technical design and code reviews.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Handle authentication, authorization, and security-sensitive flows carefully.
- Document service behavior and important decisions.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong C# and .NET experience in production.
- Experience building REST APIs with ASP.NET Core.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and ORM patterns.
- Familiarity with testing and CI.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Clear technical communication.
- Ability to balance pragmatism with maintainability.
Experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, Azure, Docker, message queues, and domain-driven design is a plus.
