We're looking for an R&D Software Engineer who enjoys building prototypes, testing ideas, and turning research into practical engineering decisions.
What you'll do
- Build prototypes and proofs of concept for new technologies and approaches.
- Evaluate frameworks, libraries, and platforms before they are adopted in production.
- Run benchmarks and compare technical alternatives with clear criteria.
- Translate research findings into recommendations for engineering and product teams.
- Explore emerging areas such as AI integration, performance techniques, and developer tooling.
- Document experiments, results, and Architecture Decision Records where relevant.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to validate feasibility and risk.
- Help reduce technical uncertainty early in the product lifecycle.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation sessions.
- Balance curiosity with pragmatism—what works in a demo must survive production constraints.

المتطلبات
What we're looking for
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Comfortable reading documentation, papers, and technical RFCs.
- Experience building prototypes quickly and iterating.
- Strong analytical and experimental mindset.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to engineers and decision-makers.
- Solid understanding of system design and performance trade-offs.
- Programming experience in at least one of: Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Rust, Java, or C++.
- Curiosity paired with discipline.
Experience with AI/ML tooling, benchmarking, PoC delivery, cloud platforms, and open-source evaluation is a plus.
