ErthDev is looking for a Project Manager to help us deliver software projects for clients across different industries.
You'll be responsible for keeping people aligned, risks visible, communication clear, and delivery moving.
What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate software projects.
- Work with clients to understand requirements, priorities, and expectations.
- Coordinate engineering, design, QA, product, and other project contributors.
- Track scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project ceremonies and planning sessions.
- Maintain clear project documentation.
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Identify blockers early and coordinate their resolution.
- Manage changes to scope and priorities.
- Support UAT and release coordination.
- Help ensure projects meet agreed quality and delivery expectations.
How we work
We believe project management should create clarity-not bureaucracy.
You'll work closely with engineering and product teams while respecting technical ownership.
Our engineering teams use Trunk-Based Development, continuous integration, automated testing, and incremental delivery, so project planning needs to support small, continuous progress rather than massive end-of-project releases.
