Low-code is powerful when governed—and dangerous when every process becomes an unowned app.
ErthDev is looking for a Power Platform Developer to build practical business applications with Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools.
You'll help clients digitize workflows with maintainability and governance in mind.
What you'll do
- Build Power Apps for internal and client business workflows.
- Design Power Automate flows and integrations.
- Connect Dataverse and other data sources carefully.
- Implement role-based access and environment strategy basics.
- Document solutions and handovers for business owners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify process design.
- Support ALM/deployment practices for Power Platform solutions.
- Identify when low-code is insufficient and custom engineering is needed.
- Improve reliability and monitoring of automations.
- Help reduce shadow-IT sprawl through reusable patterns.

What we're looking for
- Practical Power Platform development experience.
- Understanding of business process automation.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, connectors, and permissions.
- Ability to communicate with business users.
- Attention to governance and maintainability.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 / Azure AD contexts.
- Documentation discipline.
- Judgment about low-code vs custom development.
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Solutions/ALM, and Azure integrations is a plus.
