ErthDev is looking for a Legal Advisor to support our growing software business across contracts, technology matters, employment, intellectual property, privacy, and client relationships.
This is an opportunity to work closely with a technology company where legal questions are often connected directly to software, data, intellectual property, and commercial relationships.
What you'll do
- Review and advise on client and vendor agreements.
- Draft and review software development and service agreements.
- Support NDAs, SOWs, and commercial documentation.
- Advise on intellectual property matters.
- Review technology licensing and third-party terms.
- Support privacy and data-protection requirements.
- Advise on employment-related legal matters.
- Identify contractual and commercial risks.
- Maintain legal documentation and records.
- Coordinate with external counsel when specialist advice is required.
- Help establish practical legal processes as ErthDev grows.
- Translate legal risks into clear business recommendations.
