ErthDev is looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape how our company, products, and ideas are presented visually.
You'll work across digital content, marketing materials, presentations, social media, and brand assets.
What you'll do
- Create visual content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Design marketing materials and promotional assets.
- Create presentations, pitch decks, and company materials.
- Develop graphics for websites and digital products.
- Maintain consistency across ErthDev's visual identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and design teams.
- Adapt designs across different formats and platforms.
- Create visual concepts from rough ideas or briefs.
- Prepare production-ready assets.
- Contribute to the evolution of ErthDev's visual language.

What we're looking for
- Strong graphic design fundamentals.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range and visual quality.
- Excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to work with brand guidelines while still bringing creative ideas.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to understand the purpose behind a design rather than simply following a brief.
Motion graphics, video editing, illustration, and presentation design experience are valuable additions.
