Delivery management is the art of making many moving parts behave like one team.
ErthDev is looking for a Delivery Manager (Scrum Master / delivery lead) to help multi-disciplinary teams deliver software predictably across client projects.
You'll improve flow, remove blockers, and keep delivery honest.
What you'll do
- Facilitate delivery ceremonies and planning rhythms.
- Improve team flow and reduce delivery friction.
- Track risks, dependencies, and cross-team blockers.
- Coach teams on incremental delivery practices.
- Partner with project managers, tech leads, and product stakeholders.
- Make delivery health visible without vanity metrics.
- Support estimation quality and capacity conversations.
- Help teams recover from delivery turbulence.
- Protect sustainable pace and focus.
- Continuously improve ErthDev delivery practices.

- Comfortable in multi-project or software-house contexts.
- Bias toward actionable improvement.
- Calm leadership under deadline pressure.
Experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Coach in software delivery organizations is highly valuable.
